Information on exercising the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract and a contract concluded outside the trader’s business premises
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
1.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
1.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, which you can send by post to the address: Henrieta Gassenmaier, 95618 Bošany, Malobošianska 1487/39, call us on phone number: 0903 684 169, or send an email to one of the addresses published in the contact section of our online shop www.pup-babe.sk.
1.4 For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form, but its use is not obligatory. The form is available for download as an annex to the Terms and Conditions published in our online shop. If this information was delivered to you by email, the withdrawal form is attached to that email.
1.5 The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that you have made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, including the costs of delivery of the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. The payments will be reimbursed to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement.
2.2 We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
2.3 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
2.4 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3.1 You must send back the goods or hand them over to us at our address no later than 14 days from the day on which you exercised your right of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
